I am all packed for tomorrow. I am so excited about spending 11 days in Phuket. I’m going to miss you all. You are part of my life and reading your blogs is part of my daily routine. Awards are fun!

Headache, runny nose, painful sinuses. I hate getting sick just before a holiday- typical huh?! I have 24 hours to recover. I was lying in bed feeling sorry for myself until I saw that lovely Nina from ballerina’sclosetobsession had given me this award. Thanks sweetie, you really made my day.

Atchooo…

I am full of cold and my sinuses are killing me. I have to get better before Wednesday else the flight to Bangkok is going to be hell. I am so looking forward to this holiday.

I just logged on to Skype and had such a lovely surprise call from my ex’s mother. I love her like family and she kept babbling on in Russian as she always does, expecting me to understand everything she says. I kept saying da for about 15 minutes. It was really funny. I miss her warmth, her cooking, her hugs.

Off to lala land. Love you all very much. sweet dreams.

Been sat here listening to this on repeat and yeah I love it as I expected I would. I’m talking about Leighton Meester’s  rumored 2nd single Your Love’s A Drug from her forthcoming album with almost the same name. What do you think? I really can’t wait for the release of the album this spring.

cocktails and earrings

Back at work and counting down to Wednesday when we take off for Phuket. Visited Lonsdale bar last night to celebrate a friend’s birthday with too many Russian spring punch cocktails. Don’t know how I got up this morning. I love living on the same street as this bar- great drinks and awesome food if you ever find yourself in the Notting hill area. In fact if you do find yourself in this area email me and I shall personally show you around.

Asos has so much lovely stuff at the moment. I really like this dress for work and these gorgeous ballerinas to go with it. My poor feet can’t cope in heals for 12 hours.

Ridiculously excited!

We just booked a holiday to Phuket leaving on the 27th. I can’t believe that it’s in 6 days  *jumping up and down*. I have wanted to go to Thailand for so long and got re-inspired by Kenza. We will be staying in a SPA hotel near Patong beach but will travel to all the surrounding islands including the Phi Phi island where the movie The Beach was filmed. I love traveling, even more than I love  shopping. Left on my dream destinations list is: Cuba, Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan and China. I hope I can blog from Thailand else I will miss you all too much.
